You will lead staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and flexibility to work mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and supervise the crew, assign tasks and follow up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold privacy standards.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal inventories.
• Reset departments per planograms and ensure accurate merchandising.
