Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to assist store management in driving store execution and performance. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, handling customer questions, and maintaining merchandising and safety protocols. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, is required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
