Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of a manager. You will ensure smooth operations, support customer service, and supervise opening and closing procedures at a CVS/pharmacy location.

The role requires strong communication, supervision skills, and the ability to handle early mornings, overnights, and weekends. A high school diploma is preferred but not required, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager/Operations Supervisor is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews; supervise activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory according to planograms.
