Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering store performance and excellent customer service. You will lead staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, supervision, and problem-solving skills, with a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends. This is a full-time position at CVS/pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise activities by directing and following up with store crews.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, stock, displays and inventory processes.
