Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise cash handling, POS transactions, gas console operations, and ensure stock is well presented.

The role requires adherence to store policies, responsible alcohol/tobacco sales, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests. Prior retail experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store environments is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear English communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Operate the DipSide and other ice cream/yogurt offerings.
• Accurately process transactions at POS, manage cash, and handle payments.
• Keep shelves, display cases, and coolers stocked and clean.
• Monitor store safety, security, and following tobacco/alcohol policies.
• Maintain a tidy store and handle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete time records and other required documentation.
• Support management with other tasks as assigned.
