Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is looking for a Shift Lead in the United States to uphold our culture on every shift and lead a team of Broistas. You will guide, train, and motivate staff while delivering a mind-blowing customer experience.

The role requires at least 6 months of Broista experience, a Food Handler permit, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Full-time shift leads receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required
• Flowcheck score 90% or better and on time
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
• Mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests per policy and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to maintain Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards; solve on-shift problems
• Manage the shift and ensure staff readiness for promotions and events
• Model and teach drink and operational fundamentals to trainees
• Assist with inventory, tills, restocking, cleanliness, and shift handoffs
