Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold the brand's vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will lead with servant leadership, mentor Broistas, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Responsibilities include training, inventory assistance, and maintaining Shift Lead standards while communicating with leadership about feedback and store performance. Shift health, energy, and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required
• Prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
• Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under company policy standards
• Schedule: minimum 32 hours per week, flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Model and meet all expectations of the Broista role, including drink and operational fundamentals.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally in a fun environment.
• Aid Shop Manager and Shop Lead in inventory management and shop setup.
• Communicate wins and opportunities for improvement to shop leaders.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in following up with Quality Assurance inspections and accountability processes.
