Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is looking for a Shift Lead to uphold the company vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will lead by example, engage with the crew, and ensure a mind-blowing guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing the shift, training new team members, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. A flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days.
• Flowcheck score 90% or better and on time.
• Must obtain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Must pass and maintain mandatory certificates and trainings per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and maintain the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards.
• Prepare and support the crew for specials and promotions.
• Train newBroistas operationally and culturally.
• Oversee inventory, till counts, deposits, restocking, and cleanliness.
• Communicate wins and opportunities with shop leadership.
