Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to uphold our culture and values on every shift. You will lead the crew, train new Broistas, and ensure a smooth service flow while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, deposits, and shift setup, as well as coordinating with leadership on feedback. Availability for 32+ hours weekly and flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Broista experience preferred; 6 months helps.
• No disciplinary action in the past 90 days.
• Must pass flowcheck with 90% score or better and on time.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Must complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and uphold Dutch Bros culture and standards.
• Communicate feedback to leadership and support the team on shift.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while maintaining a fun environment.
• Assist with inventory, tills, deposits, restocking products, and cleanliness.
• Ensure readiness for specials or promotions and maintain energy for customers.
