Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. You will assist on assigned units, help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure proper timing and temperatures.

Requirements include prior food service experience. The role offers $18.85 per hour, with a full-time schedule Monday–Friday and hours that may vary.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Adhere to HIPAA, regulatory standards, and sanitize as per HACCP guidelines.
• Assist dietitians and monitor patients on special diets.
• Document daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Report issues to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
