Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at WakeMed North in Raleigh, NC. You will help patients with menu selections and assemble, deliver and retrieve meals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Customer service experience is preferred; schedule includes full-time hours with rotating weekends/holidays. Pay range is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to match nutrition requirements.
• Assemble and deliver patient meals and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain safety and sanitation per HIPAA and HACCP guidelines.
• Communicate concerns with team and document as required.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports per policy.
