Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for a full-time position at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver trays, and coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to meet nutritional needs.

The role requires interpreting English documents, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Benefits include extensive health plans and commuter options.

Formación

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or cultural/religious preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection on time and accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and cleaning work stations.
