Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, preferences and other needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA confidentiality and HACCP guidelines.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports per Morrison policies.
