Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte, NC. You’ll join a team delivering meal service on assigned units, helping patients with menu selections and ensuring meals meet nutritional needs.

The role requires strong English literacy, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with a 12-hour shift and rotating weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and HIPAA policies while handling food and maintaining clean work stations.
