Levin Furniture & Mattress in State College, PA is hiring a Full-Time Office Associate to support sales transactions and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will input orders in the Storis system, verify details, and maintain accurate records while handling payments and inquiries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous clerical experience preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

Enter sales transactions and orders accurately into the Storis system.
Verify order information and correct discrepancies.
Process cash balances, deliveries, sales and service orders per guidelines.
Provide customer service via inbound calls, counter inquiries, and payments.
Investigate customer inquiries using multiple channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax).
Meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, accuracy and volume.
Process credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
