Levin Furniture & Mattress in Wexford, PA is hiring a Full-Time Office Associate to support sales transactions and order processing. You will enter information into the Storis system, verify order accuracy, and handle cash-related documentation with professionalism.

You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, web, chat, or email while maintaining accurate files and delivering reliable service. This role requires strong communication, basic numerical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and paperwork skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic numerical skills.
• Familiarity with order processing and billing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales and order data into the Storis system.
• Verify order information and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare documentation for cash balances, deliveries, orders, and accounts.
• Provide customer service via calls, counter inquiries, payments, and issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries via all channels (phone, web, chat, mail, fax).
• Meet or exceed performance standards for service quality, accuracy and volume.
• Process credit applications and financing paperwork.
• Verify paperwork for order processing is accurate.
• Communicate with internal and external staff professionally.
• Maintain accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support for store staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
