You will enter sales and order data into Storis, verify information, handle payments, and respond to customer inquiries across phone, web, chat, and in person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales and order information into Storis.
• Verify order data accuracy and fix discrepancies.
• Process cash, deliveries, orders, and account balances per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via calls, in person, and online channels.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web, chat, mail, or fax.
• Meet performance standards for quality and volume.
• Process credit applications and financing paperwork.
• Verify paperwork for orders.
• Communicate professionally with staff.
• Maintain accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
