Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter sales transactions and order information into Storis accurately.
• Verify order data and correct discrepancies.
• Process documentation and cash balance info per guidelines.
• Provide customer service via phone, counter inquiries, and payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web, chat, mail, or fax.
• Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, and volume.
• Process credit apps, payments, and financing paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal/external staff professionally.
• Maintain organized files to maximize productivity.
• Provide clerical support to store staff as needed.
