Job summary

Realty Center Management Inc in California is seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain our Americana La Crescenta and Sunset Ridge communities. You will help keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean, safe, and well-presented across multiple sites.

This hands-on role blends physical work with teamwork to support the maintenance staff, manage exterior upkeep, and enhance resident experience. Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience a plus.
• Ability to operate basic tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, and property perimeters.
• Sweep sidewalks, breezeways, and common walkways.
• Maintain dumpster areas and support periodic power washing.
• Assist with basic exterior upkeep including signage, lighting, and curb appeal.
• Clean and maintain pool areas, furniture, and surrounding spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain overall cleanliness of amenities.
• Support upkeep of shared outdoor areas and equipment.
• Assist with trash-outs and preparation of vacant units.
• Deliver notices, newsletters, and communications to residents.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
