Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning, portering, groundskeeping, janitorial work, or related property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties during the workday.
• Proficient with basic technology and mobile apps.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all assigned property grounds.
• Clean common areas including leasing offices, clubhouses, and walkways.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing tours with light staging.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to management.
• Document tasks and property observations as required.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to meet company standards.
