Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Florida is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for a multifamily community. The role maintains grounds, common-area cleanliness, and exterior spaces, supporting the maintenance team and ensuring an inviting curb appeal for current residents and prospective renters.

This on-site position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and flexibility for occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Must follow company procedures and directions.
• Ability to lift and move objects and perform physical tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Grace Hill training completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & common area maintenance: clean sidewalks, removal of litter, pet waste, and debris; keep offices and amenity spaces presentable.
• Maintenance assistance: support make-ready tasks, light painting, basic repairs, and organization of storage areas.
• Safety & preventive maintenance: monitor lighting exits, report hazards, follow safety protocols incl. OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing.
