Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, amenities, and building exteriors, and assist the maintenance team to keep common areas welcoming for residents.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions. Weekend availability may be required based on community needs, with a Dallas-based support network and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to complete physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Must complete required Grace Hill training (bonuses and commissions are contingent upon compliance).

Responsibilities

• Walk the grounds daily to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Maintain common areas: leasing office, walkways, stairwells, laundry rooms, pool areas, and recreation spaces.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and make-ready efforts when needed.
• Perform basic painting, light repairs, and equipment upkeep.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA/ADA standards.
