Job summary

Mondelēz is seeking a dedicated in-store merchandiser to represent the brand at partner retailers in Florence, KY. You will execute daily store visits, ensure displays meet planograms, and capture photos for promotional execution.

You will maintain strong relationships with store personnel, process product orders via iPad using Salesforce, and communicate insights to the RTM. Flexibility to work weekends and early hours is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising or grocery environments is a plus.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and serve store teams and shoppers with excellent service.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards.
• Capture display photos using DMI and update in-stock conditions in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with store personnel and communicate insights to RTM.

Job description

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its iconic snack brands
• Serve store teams and shoppers with outstanding customer service
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence
• Capture display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
• Order products via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products while moving stockroom inventory to store shelves

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location in Florence, KY
• Open availability and availability to work 1 weekend day
• Ability to start at 06:00 AM
