Job summary

Mondelēz seeks a retail merchandiser to represent its iconic snack brands in stores around Springville, UT. You will deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, perform daily store visits, and capture display photos using DMI.

Key duties include building relationships with store personnel, ordering product via iPad/Salesforce, and implementing promotional displays while ensuring RTM plan compliance. You''ll support seasonal launches and communicate insights to the RTM team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver''s license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Springville, UT.
• Schedule availability Monday–Friday, with a 5–6:00 AM start.

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Lift, bend, move, and stock products from stock rooms to store shelves while following safety and compliance practices.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Springville, UT
• Schedule availability required Monday-Friday, with a 5-6:00 AM start time
