Job summary

Mondelēz in-store merchandiser represents iconic snack brands, serving as the face of the biscuit aisle and delivering outstanding service to store teams.

You will perform daily store visits, manage product orders via iPad, capture display photos with DMI, support promotional displays, and relay store insights to the RTM and management.

This role requires physical activity, open availability, and requires living within 25–35 miles of Newport, KY.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Open availability and 1 weekend day.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location Newport, KY.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of its biscuit brands and owner of the aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-store plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products moving inventory from stock rooms to store floors.
