Job summary

Mondelēz in Shelbyville, IN is seeking a field merchandiser to represent the brand in stores, deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers, and execute daily store visits according to the DSD Merchandising Excellence program.

You will build relationships with backroom receivers and store managers, order product via iPad with Salesforce, set promotional displays, and capture photos with DMI. You’ll follow schedules set by the RTM and support seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location Shelbyville, IN
• Open availability and 1 weekend day required
• Start time of 06:00 AM
