Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a physical therapy assistant (state-assigned).
• Graduate from an accredited PTA educational program per CAPTE standards.
• One year of related PTA experience in home health or readiness to be mentored.
• CPR certification current.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Document patient response and progress in medical records.
• Coordinate care with patient, caregiver, and interdisciplinary team.
• Support discharge planning and referrals to community resources.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with laws and agency policies.
