Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor for the Country Club Plaza store in a full-time capacity. You will lead the sales floor with a Customer Obsessed mindset, coach colleagues, and drive daily results while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage operations, execute training, and help achieve store KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to stand for long shifts while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance
• Willingness to stand and be active during shifts and handle lifting up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional, and personalized service on the floor
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management, coaching, and team motivation
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities with Operational Excellence, including opening/closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features with customer needs
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, encouraging Learning Agility
• Assist in training and onboarding of new Team Members, reinforcing standards and policies
• Maintain product knowledge and support product launches, restocks, and floor updates
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs by tracking sales, setting goals, and celebrating wins
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability
• Communicate openly to build an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues with empathy
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders
