The Pennant Group, a home health and hospice provider, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Sundance, WY team. You will deliver personal care, assist with meals, and support daily living activities in a home health setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have CPR certification, and can follow care plans with minimal supervision while maintaining patient comfort and safety. This is a full-time role offering hands-on patient care at home.

Formación

• Must meet state/federal training requirements.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care (baths, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Take and record temperatures and vital signs when instructed.
• Assist with ambulation and limited range of motion exercises.
• Support activities of daily living while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Document care accurately and promptly per procedures.
