Formación

• Meets the training requirements per state and federal laws.
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential personal care (baths, grooming, toileting) and help with daily living activities.
• Assist in feeding and monitoring patient intake.
• Take and record basic vital signs as ordered (temperature, pulse, respiration, BP).
• Assist with ambulation, ROM exercises, and safe handling of equipment.
• Report changes in condition to nurse and document care per procedures.
