The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Grand Junction, Colorado. The role supports home health and patient care under RN supervision, performing personal care and basic health tasks to promote safety and comfort.

You will observe, document, and report patient conditions while following care plans and team guidance. Requires completion of approved training and CPR, with valid driver's license; wage is $19–$22 per hour.

Formación

• Must have completed a state-approved training and competency evaluation program.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens.
• Assist with dressing, toileting, feeding, and daily living activities.
• Observe and report patient conditions and document care performed.
• Assist with ambulation and simple range-of-motion exercises as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and proper use of equipment.
