Job summary

Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center in Middletown, CT seeks a compassionate Client Care Coordinator to support our Neurology and Oncology departments. You will coordinate appointments, manage client communications, and help ensure a smooth experience for patients and their families.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $21-$25 per hour, based on experience. Anticipated schedule is Tuesday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm, with a shared holiday rotation and potential early

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain professional and compassionate in emotionally sensitive situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working with scheduling systems, medical records, and administrative responsibilities.
