Anserfone in Memphis (In-Office) is hiring a Full-Time Call Center Agent. You will handle high-volume inbound calls with a friendly, empathetic approach and accurately collect and route messages. The role requires a clear phone demeanor and excellent English skills.

• Meet and exceed core metrics, including scheduled adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
