Anserfone in Memphis, TN is seeking a Full-Time Call Center Representative to manage high-volume calls with empathy in an in-office setting. Schedule requires 40 hours weekly with 10-hour shifts and one weekend day plus holidays.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success from day one. You will greet callers, relay messages, and enter details into our system with precision.

Qualifications

• Excellent English spelling and grammar.
• Professional, upbeat phone presence.
• Typing 35+ words per minute or faster.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work one weekend day each week.
