Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Windsor, CT for a permanent, full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and modify individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and staff.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth. Applicants must hold BCBA certification and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns or staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and caseload assistance.
