Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise a small team of BTs/RBTs and manage a modest caseload in our Middlesex, NJ center. You will review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans, and lead regular meetings with the team and families, with Clinical Manager support.

A Master's degree and BCBA certification are required. This full-time, weekday position offers a strong benefits package, a 401(k) match, and up to a $6,000

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with ABA software platforms.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories and instructional methods; aware of ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with the team and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
