KidStrong St. Johns is seeking a dependable, motivated professional to join our leadership team as the Assistant General Manager.

This full-time leadership role involves overseeing coaching teams, creating exceptional family experiences, growing memberships, and collaborating with the General Manager to keep the center running smoothly. Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids 15 months to 11 years old.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding various topics.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Pediatric OT/PT background is a plus, not required.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.

Responsabilités

• CENTER OPERATIONS: Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• SALES: Manage leads, finalize bookings, and drive memberships.
• LEADERSHIP: Build coaching culture and coach development.
• COACHING: Deliver evolving curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
• Staff development: LearnUpon usage and coaching performance.
• Safety and operations: Ensure kids safety and center cleanliness.
