We hire across levels and tailor the role to your experience and strengths, focusing on AI-enabled features, UI to data tooling, and scalable systems. Collaboration with product, design, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated experience in AI-native development and leading teams.
• For senior roles, ability to set direction and influence a team's architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, high-impact engineering initiatives across product areas.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership on roadmap priorities.
• Demonstrate AI-native development mindset and establish best practices.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction for teams.
• Participate in standups, sprints, deployments, and on-call rotations.
