Empowerly, a fast-growing ed-tech company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve its next-generation platform. The role emphasizes best practices, rapid delivery, and embedding AI and ML capabilities into products.

You will work across the software lifecycle, develop scalable front-end using ReactJS and TypeScript, and integrate AI models into web apps, collaborating with product, data, and design teams to ship features that drive student success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or equivalent.
• Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience designing and building scalable, secure back-end systems using Node.js, Python, or Rails.
• Solid grounding in AI/ML concepts, with hands-on experience integrating models into web applications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from concept to release and maintenance.
• Develop high-quality software design focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
• Specialize in front-end development using ReactJS and TypeScript for a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Incorporate AI algorithms and ML models into web applications for intelligent features.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
