Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience; level determined by experience and scope.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record in AI-native development and leading teams.
• Senior roles: demonstrated architectural leadership and direction setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, product partners, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, high-impact engineering initiatives across product areas.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to align roadmaps and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate AI-native development mindset and establish best practices for AI work.
• Senior roles: mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
• Participate in standups, sprint planning, retros, deployments, and on-call rotations.
