Job summary

Edmentum is a remote-first company focused on tech-enabled learning solutions for educators and students. We seek a Senior Software Engineer to shape solutions, modernize legacy systems, and drive innovation in our evolving product landscape.

You will design scalable software with .NET and Angular, mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams on viability and estimates, and promote AI-first development while ensuring accessibility and quality across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with scalable web apps using Angular or React.
Knowledge of AI-assisted development and context engineering.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable, accessible software using .NET and Angular.
Lead design sessions and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards.
Collaborate with product stakeholders to estimate solution viability.
Modernize legacy web applications and drive best practices adoption.
Proactively identify and address technical risks and inefficiencies.
Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
Take ownership of the entire solution lifecycle with quality and iterative value.
