You’ll contribute to multi-stack production environments, guide architectural decisions, and apply AI tools to speed development while preserving quality and security.

Qualifications

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with backend in Java/Node.js and frontend in React + TypeScript.
• Ability to design scalable systems with emphasis on maintainability and long-term thinking.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering judgment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end product features across backend services and the React frontend.
• Build well‑structured backend services and reusable frontend components with performance and usability in mind.
• Contribute to a multi-stack production environment and evolve the architecture as needed.
• Model domains, define boundaries, and contribute to architectural decisions for scalability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while reviewing generated code before production.
• Own work beyond feature delivery: CI/CD, observability, performance, and production behavior.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with a focus on clarity and trade-offs.
• Improve reliability, security, and operational robustness as the platform grows.
• Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful feedback and steady improvement.
