Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will support clients with personal and business tax considerations, enhance refunds, and offer strategic planning.

You will grow the local client base through community engagement, events, and partnerships, while connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Onsite presence for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, and referrals to build a base of long-term clients.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit's video tools.
