Intuit Inc. seeks passionate individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll engage with clients to understand their financial picture and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
