Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Full Service Customer Representative to fill products in full-service vending machines, maintain customer service, and ensure up-to-date products for customers. The role requires lifting, route driving, and accurate order placement across assigned accounts.

You will build strong relationships with store owners, manage inventory, and collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on needs and priorities, while maintaining a neat, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL license (A/B) or regular license; ability to obtain CDL permit if needed.
• DOT medical card if applicable.
• 1 year route sales driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 85 pounds and push/pull on a hand cart.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners/managers.
• Ensure shelves, coolers, displays are clean and organized.
• Manage inventory and place accurate orders to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Execute customer development agreement elements and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on needs and priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
