Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Full Service Customer Representative to join our team. The role involves filling products in full service vending machines, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring up-to-date products are supplied to customers.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid DOT-related license as applicable, and the ability to lift 85 pounds. You will build relationships with store personnel, manage inventory, and collaborate with KAMs to meet account

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
• One (1) year route sales driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 85 pounds easily and push/pull product on a hand cart continuously.
• Detail-oriented and have numerical aptitude.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Able to complete PBV driving test and meet driving standards.

Aufgaben

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across assigned retail accounts, including gondolas, racks, coolers, and secondary displays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers through effective, one-on-one selling.
• Ensure shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Execute all customer development agreement (CDA) elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to align on account needs and priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.
