Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CDL eligibility or valid license, and experience in route sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL or ability to obtain one (CDL-A/B or regular license depending on vehicle class).
• DOT medical card must be provided or obtained.
• Minimum one year route sales driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 85 pounds and move heavy items.
• Strong numeracy, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate, merchandise, and stock products across accounts including gondolas and displays.
• Build relationships with store owners and managers through sales calls.
• Keep shelves, coolers, displays, and backrooms clean and organized.
• Manage product inventory and place accurate orders to prevent stockouts.
• Execute CDA elements and promotional programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to align on needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
