Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Route Trainee to join our team. The Route Trainee is responsible for delivering and merchandising products, stocking, rotating, and setting up shelves, displays, and cooler stock, plus handling invoices with a handheld device.

The role emphasizes driving, customer service, and teamwork within PBV standards. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical labor are required. Visa sponsorships are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Drives and maneuvers a truck under 26,000 pounds; operates company vehicle
• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, shelves per PBV standards
• Delivers orders and runs invoices; creates POS signage
• Sells and executes promotions
• Serves customers as scheduled
• Verifies cash and invoices; obtains customer signatures
• Communicates with customers and co-workers
• Follows company rules and regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business channel
