Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years in agency direct-hire recruiting.
• Proven client development and recruiting success.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle high-volume calls.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for direct hire roles using internal database, job boards, postings, referrals, and social media.
• Reach out to candidates to evaluate technical fit, compensation needs, and career goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with a network of senior-level professionals in energy and construction industries.
• Identify and research sales opportunities and support new business development through cold calls, messaging, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the full hiring process from both client and candidate sides, developing trusted relationships.
• Grow and maintain a consistent pipeline of clients and candidates.
