Job summary

The FootBridge Companies in Andover, MA is seeking a Full Desk Recruiting Manager for permanent placement recruiting. You will source, evaluate, and place candidates for direct hire roles while building strong relationships with clients and senior-level professionals in energy and construction sectors.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, business development through cold outreach, and maintaining a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years in agency direct-hire recruiting.
• Proven client development and recruiting success.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle high-volume calls.

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
• Commission: uncapped commission plan
